I want to get revision rhinoplasty

It has already been about 2 years since I had surgery at a clinic near Gangnam Station.. I didn’t want to do the nasal bridge, but they said that if they were going to insert cartilage and correct it, it had to be done together, so I had nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage, and after incising the nostril wings, they narrowed them and sutured them. But after removing the tape and stitches, it just felt like they had only inserted ear cartilage I also asked them to remove the subcutaneous tissue, but that wasn’t done at all. They said I’d only know after the swelling went down, so I waited about a month, but the nostril wing width hadn’t narrowed at all, and I paid 2.7 million won just to have cartilage inserted lol The area where they took the ear cartilage developed bloody pus, so I had that removed too =_=(There was no problem with the skin) I had consultations and went with a place that seemed okay, but I regretted it so much. After getting my nose done, my nose swells more easily and gets bigger It looks even stranger than before, so I’m really stressed. The clinic was also annoying because when I asked them to show me before-and-after photos, they could have shown me right away, but they showed them to me much later, and it looked like they had Photoshopped everything =.= Ugh!! I talked too much, right? For the revision, I want to remove the cartilage, narrow the nostril wings, remove subcutaneous tissue, and overall make my nose smaller and more defined, but these days when I look things up, there are so many broker posts. Please recommend some places. Or at least tell me what kind of consultation makes a clinic a good one
