5-week removal review

It's been a while since I came in.   For 3 months after rhinoplasty, there really wasn't a day when I didn't think about my nose all day,   and there wasn't a day when I didn't curse the surgeon and the hospital every day,   whether I watched a movie, it was my nose; whether I walked down the street, it was my nose; I lived thinking only about nose, nose, nose, everything related to my nose.     It's been 5 weeks since removal, and until around 3 weeks, I still thought about my nose a lot, though not as much as when I had surgery,   but now it's to the point that I barely care anymore..   Now I don't look at people's noses first either; I look at overall harmony.   Of course, when I look in the mirror or take photos, my nose still bothers me the most^^;; haha       The nose shape everyone must be curious about.   Mine didn't collapse, and it didn't become a saddle nose...   Just..   Other people say it looks the same as before.   Friends with really sharp eyes, if I talk about my nose, then they know it's a bit different.   The rest say they can't tell at all even if I say I had my nose done and removed it, that it just looks the same, and that it's just in my head.. haha     But to me, my nose is definitely different from my previous nose.   The two biggest differences     1. Nasal bridge My nasal bridge was shaved down a bit. My old nose wasn't quite a hump nose, but there was no area between the eyebrows at all and the dorsum? had some height.. Most natural noses seemed like this. Korean noses, like Yoon Doo-joon, Shin Min-a, or Jun Ji-hyun, have the area between the eyebrows a bit low and the dorsum/nasal bridge a bit high, but maybe because they shaved that area to put in silicone, it feels like my nose became much lower? the bridge.. If this feeling continues strongly, I'm planning to get filler after 2 months.^^;   2. Columella area Maybe the tissue was damaged or torn away when the strut was inserted and removed; I had a nose where the columella protruded a little... It really became slightly shorter at the columella, like a piggy nose.     Still, it's within the normal range.. and even if I tell other people, people who don't notice really don't notice. haha; I think maybe I'm the only one bothered by it.   Oh, other people say my nose did change. From the side, they say the nasal tip is definitely higher than before.   Anyway.. I'm out of that mental distress now and living well. Everyone, if you're too unhappy after surgery, removal won't look as strange as you worry it will, so feel reassured and get it removed.   But you definitely need to ask the director who operated on you whether your nose had a lot of manipulation done.   My director said 90% would return,   and said I had silicone + hump shaving + septal strut + cartilage grafting,   but because they didn't cut the alar cartilage at the nasal tip or anything like that, it would return to the original, and 90% would come back.
