Hello.. I had the nasal bridge silicone removed and had my nasal tip extended with septal cartilage. Does it look very strange?? It has been 4 days since surgery,.. If the nasal tip is extended with septal cartilage, is the nasal tip normally hard? When I touch it now, the nasal tip is hard. Will it stay like this? I removed the silicone I had before because after 2 years it started showing through.
