I had rhinoplasty 7 years ago and had it removed 2 weeks ago

First of all, 7 years ago I only had straight silicone + AlloDerm on the nasal tip I didn’t touch anything else Until the 2-year mark, my nose was pretty and I liked it too But one day, I was in a car and looked in the mirror and I saw a very small round thing showing through around the area between my nostrils and the nasal tip So I wondered if it was a side effect or if the silicone had moved down and I immediately ran to the hospital, but they said it was my cartilage... that it was originally shaped that way and I had only just become aware of it They said there was no problem at all and that I was just being overly sensitive... and sent me away... (In my opinion, as the AlloDerm was absorbed, the shape of the cartilage seems to have twisted, but they said absolutely not They said my nose was originally like that... But when I look at photos from before my nose surgery, there is absolutely no mark like a small bead protruding from the nasal tip like this... It wasn’t there right after the nose surgery either... It only started showing around year 2...) But after that, it kept bothering me Then last month, I went on a trip and looked at the photos I took and that small bead-like thing on the nasal tip was protruding a lot The cartilage between my nostrils was also crooked, and the silicone on the nasal bridge was crooked too, so my face looked so unsightly... So I decided to remove the silicone during the holiday and had removal surgery And now I’m on day 10... the crooked nasal bridge isn’t visible to the eye, but ㅅㅣ바... the crooked cartilage and the small bead on the nasal tip are still there It even looks worse and also feels prickly If this is really because my own cartilage moved, then that’s what it is But anyway, this happened as the AlloDerm was absorbed, didn’t it Then they should have told me beforehand that this could happen... Or removed the AlloDerm for me.... Or told me what this protruding bead-like thing is. Fuck, they didn’t do anything, didn’t do any examination, and just kept chanting that it was the shape of my own cartilage I’m pissed off because of that doctor... I’m never getting plastic surgery again... I’m sick and tired of it
