Hello!! I had my removal done on Monday. While reading posts here, I saw some people saying they regretted it, and others saying there is a contraction phase, so I had so many thoughts I had two revision surgeries before, and the reason I removed it this time was that although the silicone was not raised that high, it was obvious, so everyone noticed, and I really, really hated how my nasal tip looked upturned! My nose was not originally upturned, but during the last revision surgery, the director made it upturned lol. So I went to that hospital for a consultation too, but I couldn’t trust them. In the end, after going around to several places for consultations, I had complete removal and only nasal tip repositioning. I did not put in ear cartilage or anything like that! I think they just touched up the nasal tip slightly! Anyway, I think the surgery took about an hour, and more than anything, what I am satisfied with right now is that even though it is swollen, my upturned nostrils have all come down! For now, I am satisfied with that!
