During my first surgery, it was removed after just one week because of inflammation, but now, not even two months after removal, there is severe contracture.. the shape is uneven.. I don’t know if the clinic itself feels grateful or what, but they are trying to do it as much as possible in the direction I want. The decision from here on is up to me.. I do think the director who performed the surgery will probably do their very best. I also think they probably know for sure why the inflammation happened.. On the other hand, if I go to another clinic and explain the situation, I feel like they would also be attentive.. but it’s not easy to decide alone, so I’m writing this. 1. Are there many cases of having revision surgery at the same clinic as the first surgery? 2. For a contracted nose, does it absolutely have to be done with costal cartilage?
