8 days ago, I had bulbous nose surgery: nostril reduction + bulbous nose correction (fat removal) + nasal tip surgery. They placed a septal support strut in the nasal tip. I already had a nasal bridge and thick skin, so my nasal tip was on the higher side, but after they added the support strut there, it really looked awful... And I felt the foreign-body sensation so severely that I had revision surgery today, on day 8. I thought that if I was going to have it removed, it would be better to do it as soon as possible, so I did it right away.. Right now I have cotton packing in, and my nose looks very upturned. The doctor didn’t say it would become upturned, only that the nasal tip would droop, so I’m wondering if it will come down a bit tomorrow after removing the tape and cotton packing.. And whether it will come down more after that too. I’m worried about how much my nose will return, and how much it will turn up during the contraction phaseㅠ
