6 Months After Septal Cartilage Removal

Hello A few months ago, I posted that I had surgery only on my nasal tip and had the septal cartilage removed. I suddenly thought of it and came back in. For just under 2 weeks right after the removal surgery, it felt soft, but now it has become very hard again, exactly like before the removal. I’m not sure if it’s okay to mention the clinic name, but I saw a few people mention it in other posts. Is there anyone who, like me, had septal cartilage surgery only on the nasal tip, then had it removed, and even though it’s almost been 6 months, it’s still as hard as before removal? Or, among those who had septal cartilage removed from the nasal tip, after about how many months did the rock-hard feeling in the nasal tip go away? I trusted it firmly and had it removed, but lately I keep thinking that although they say the nasal tip can stay hard for several months even after removal and then gradually loosen up, seeing it get hard again makes me think it wasn’t completely removed. If I go to an ENT clinic and get a nose CT scan, would they be able to tell if there’s something like an implant?
