I had cheekbone surgery and V-line square jaw surgery. I had a lot of facial fat, my face was on the larger side, and my bones were also large, so as far as I know, quite a lot of bone was removed. But although my cheek sagging has not become truly severe, the sagging that shows in photos and depending on the lighting really bothers me. On top of that, my face feels stiff and heavy, like the muscles are knotted up, and it bothers me. Even in daily life, whenever I think about this area, it bothers me so much and feels uncomfortable. I had surgery when I was very young, and I was told there would be no sagging, so I trusted that. Looking back, I really was not thinking clearly.. If you are considering surgery, I do not recommend cheekbone surgery done just because your head itself is large, like in my case. For any surgery, I hope you objectively judge what is more beneficial after considering both the gains and the losses. I used to be someone who never gave anyone advice about plastic surgery, but somehow I now go around warning others like this.
