I had surgery on my front chin and square jaw. Before surgery, my face was already slim, and I just wanted to refine it a little more, but now the area where my front chin and square jaw connect looks like a step. It's been two months, but this isn't going away. Since my face wasn't square before surgery, my face now looks bigger than before surgery and has become square. The clinic says it normally gets better with time and that swelling after facial contouring has to be watched for up to 1 year, but is time really the only medicine.. When will my facial contour show
