I had a bulbous nose and a low nose. In the operating room, they said they removed tissue, put in 5 mm silicone, and made the columellar strut as long as possible. I had very severe inflammation, so I had it removed, but as the swelling went down, I developed nasal indentation, the scar tissue inside my nose is extremely severe, and I’m in a very serious condition with columellar deviation, nasal tip deviation, upturned nose, loss of olfactory function, and even cartilage show-through. In a case like this, I’m thinking of removing even the remaining strut while removing scar tissue and doing reconstruction. For those who have experience with various surgeries, I’m truly begging you. I’m spending such difficult days.
