Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I'm so stressed. Second alar base reduction

<The front view doesn't really show it><This is a photo taken from below ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Is this seriously hopeless? ㅠ>Phew<This really is with my head only slightly tilted up. Seriously, phew..>Hello, I had my nasal silicone removed in May? To get to the point, when I had my nose surgery, I also had alar base reduction, and even then my nostrils ended up extremely uneven. So the doctor said he would match them and told me to come back after 6 months, but my nose hurt so much that I decided to have it removed. When I contacted the place where I had it done, they said my doctor had opened his own clinic and told me to go there, so I got his contact information and contacted him. I had the implant removed and also had the uneven nostrils corrected, but while I had nasal taping on, I couldn't really tell. After taking it off, they were uneven. So I thought, ah, it must still be swelling, and tried not to think about it, but they're still uneven, so I'm really stressed. This is the second time, and they're still uneven. Compared to the previous shape, it has improved a lot, but they're still uneven. Should I go back to that clinic and ask them to match them? Or should I go to another clinic and ask them to fix it? And since this is already the second time, I have incision scars too. If I do it a third time, won't the scarring get worse? I'm seriously stressed. From the front, it doesn't show, but the moment I tilt my head up slightly, you can tell my nostrils are uneven.
