After silicone removal, my nose definitely feels lighter.. Tomorrow I’m going to have the stitches and splint removed, and I’m nervous I had surgery twice because of side effects and eventually had it removed. The nasal tip is septal cartilage and ear cartilage.. There was nasal depression and even discharge flowing out.. In the end I removed it, and I hope it went well without any problems I want to stop worrying about my nose
