I am male, and in January 2013, I had rhinoplasty with septal cartilage and silicone. I had been living without any problems, but starting 5 months ago I suffered from pain. There were no external issues, but I had no choice, so 5 days ago I had everything removed through an open approach. I had been fairly satisfied with it, so it is really disappointing that I had to remove it because of the pain.
