Nasal congestion after rhinoplasty

A month ago, I had rhinoplasty with osteotomy, silicone, and septal extension. It was my first surgery, so I didn’t visit many clinics for consultations and rushed into it. After rhinoplasty, I thought the nasal congestion was because of swelling, so I waited. But although one side of my nose isn’t completely unable to breathe, it feels like less air passes through compared with the other side, and I feel an unpleasant sensation as if a huge scab is stuck in my nose because cartilage may have sagged down from the roof of my nose.. Every single day is so stressful, and I’ve even become depressed.. I really feel like rhinoplasty is something you shouldn’t do. When I shine a flashlight inside my nose, I can visibly see that one side of the septum protrudes more. Could I be unable to breathe because of the grafted part added during the septal extension surgery.. Every day is truly hellㅜㅜ Has anyone had revision surgery because of nasal congestion after nose surgery and gotten better?ㅜ It costs so much money, and my body and mind are exhaustedㅜ
