I wanted removal because the silicone had shifted downward, lifting at the glabella and pushing all the way to the nasal tip, so the nasal tip had become thin, and the ear cartilage was showing through white and round and was almost about to protrude The director said that, given my psychological state, if there was a strut in the ear cartilage, he would remove that and take everything out, but I couldn't ask whether there had been a strut. Later after surgery, when he talked to me, he said he didn't do it. He said he didn't because it seemed like I didn't want anything put in. (Maybe I rambled during sleep anesthesia, saying please don't put anything in..) When he opened it, there was also slight inflammation, so he removed it. My original nose was small, low, round, and at least had a cute feel... Now I'll be living with a third kind of nose The silicone was also so thick that I think my glabella will become sunken and uneven... For now, I feel relieved..
