Today is post-op day 8 for me. I used autologous rib cartilage, and it’s day 8. My nose was already short and upturned, and I clearly asked for a straight-but-slightly-rounded line, but my philtrum looks longer and my nose seems even shorter and more upturned.. Even if it drops some as the swelling goes down, I don’t think it’ll come down much.. My boyfriend looked at my nose and said it looks like Pinocchio. Sigh... Since it’s autologous rib cartilage, I don’t think the tip will come down much either If anyone has had a similar experience, please share your review.
