Hehehe, I had the columellar cartilage tied, cartilage stacked, and the alae elevated under local anesthesia, and all the photos are from around week 2! When every area was anesthetized, it stung and hurt enough that I made a little “ngh...” soundㅠ Since my mind was fully awake and only the sensation was dulled, honestly it was a bit hardㅠㅠ! Still, local anesthesia is safe!! They proceeded safely with automatic blood pressure checks from time to time and an IV drip! Harvesting ear cartilage was the part where I felt absolutely nothing. For the nose, I could feel even during surgery that they were really meticulously putting the cartilage in, taking it out, and checking the fit! It was hard for me lying there too, but I could feel that the director and nurses were also working really hard! I don’t know if it’s because I’m on the younger side, but during surgery he was very fatherly(?) and took good care of me! So I felt reassured. I really think he is a very meticulous director. I’m so, so satisfied..! If anyone is thinking about it, I really want to recommend it! The swelling-down process will be in my second review ♥️
