I didn’t use an implant, there was no osteotomy either, and I had the hump shaved down, the shaved area filled with ear cartilage, and only the nasal tip tied. In conclusion, the swelling really kept going down lol For me, the major swelling was all gone by day 13, and the minor swelling gradually went down, so by around 3 to 4 months it was all gone Since I didn’t have an osteotomy, when I look at my nose diagonally there’s a slightly rounded line, but I don’t think it bothers me much From the side, they shaved the bone well, so there isn’t even 1 bit of a bumpy line, and after tying the nasal tip, I can’t really make a pig nose lolololol But originally my nasal bones were really strong, so I couldn’t really make a pig nose anyway. I think it’s just a little harder than before My nostril shape isn’t uneven, and they didn’t go sharply upward vertically either. I seriously like it so much. I also didn’t bruise that badly, so when I went to work on day 10, people said they couldn’t tell I’d had surgery lol That’s what they said
