One hospital says my nose isn't wide, so osteotomy isn't needed, and another hospital says I need osteotomy.. I'm worried If osteotomy isn't really necessary, of course not doing it is best, but if removing the silicone makes it feel spread out like before, that might not be great, sigh. Can osteotomy have side effects other than recovery time or bruising? Anyway, it means breaking the nasal bone, so I'm worried because it's so irreversible.
