I vaguely thought that if I took out the nasal silicone, it would go back to my original nose, so I only had consultations about removal. The shape I have now after surgery isn’t very bad, but because it’s L-shaped silicone, I really want to take it out. Only at the last clinic I went to, they said they don’t recommend removing just the nasal silicone. I said I hope this will be my last surgery and that I’m so sick of implants now, so I definitely want them to remove it, but they said that after removing it, it absolutely won’t go back to my original nose shape, and if I dislike implants, they recommend using at least autologous dermis to shape it. They said they can do removal only if I really want, but I’ll probably want revision surgery afterwardㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ Other clinics said removal was possible and didn’t tell me about how it would look afterward, so I’m completely mentally shaken..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
