Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

My whole plastic surgery story and my last surgery (eye revision, nose revision revision) help ...

When I was 22, I saved up my part-time job money for the first time and had a nose surgery in Bucheon. I paid 1.8 million won lol Still, the surgeon was at least a board-certified plastic surgeon, and at the time I think it went fairly well (For reference, this was 18 years ago, so... there weren't many people with high noses anyway, so maybe I just thought it turned out well) People around me were all saying I was pretty and going crazy, but since it was done with ear cartilage, it naturally sagged as time passed In the meantime I got a taste for plastic surgery, so when I was 26 or 27 I saved up again and this time had square jaw and cheekbone surgery There was an old hospital that used to be famous for double jaw and jaw surgery called ㅎㅇㅌ, and this hospital was founded by one of the doctors from there, so I got it at a surprisingly low price! I think the name was Uri, but maybe it doesn't exist anymore now (even if there is a place with the same name, I don't think it's that one) Anyway, this one really turned out pretty well I was lucky and didn't really have cheek sagging or any side effects, and the price was cheap at 7 million won cash for jaw and cheekbones These days contour surgery is actually cheaper, but back then there were hardly any hospitals doing it and they were all over 10 million won (Added) I forgot, but I remembered after reading another review In between, I also had breast surgery. This timing is right, but I don't remember my exact age Anyway, the hospital still exists ㅂㄴㅂㄱ Up until then I was extremely thin. I'm 168 cm tall, but I wore a 65B The B was just a label; that was the old Aimerfeel sizing, so I basically had no assets at all So they couldn't put in much, and I think they inserted about 220 cc Even then, I got rippling on one side (The funny thing is, it naturally resolved after I gained weight..;;) But what bothered me a bit was that the doctor kind of scolded me? I was really worried, that's why I said it Fortunately, the consultation manager sister (at the time lol) kept comforting me and saying I could be really scared and kept calmly saying let's just wait first ㅜㅜ -> When I had surgery, they said that for breasts you have to replace them once every 10 years or something, but I got Mentor implants At that time it was saline or Mentor, right? Then Smooth existed and textured (not exact) came out new, and they said you didn't need massage, so I got that. Luckily, 10 years have passed, but there have been no medical side effects But in terms of feel, back then I was so thin that it was obviously, oh yeah, I had surgery Now it's more like, well, I guess I did have surgery lol Anyway, after that, all I had left was my eyes, right? I shouldn't have done that lol Among my features, my eyes were the prettiest thing Sigh... at 29 I got epicanthoplasty, eye correction, and double eyelid surgery (incisional) because they said they'd make me look like Lee Min-jung, but it failed The hospital admitted it too and said they would do revision surgery, but I just wanted a refund There was no way I wanted to go back and have them do it again, and after going back and forth like that I got exhausted and just gave up and didn't go I kept thinking I'd get revision surgery later.. Later I found out I wasn't really a candidate for eye correction That was overcorrected too, so my eyes were kind of staring wide open and I just looked more severe, like I had become Chinese-looking after surgery;; (This hospital didn't disappear exactly, it seems like it merged with another place or something. It was a classy place, but the director who operated on me isn't at the merged place now) I also needed eye revision surgery, but then my nose started sagging more, so it got way too long My midface was already long (To be honest, maybe my whole face is just big. At least since I had contouring, my midface might look longer ㅠ) As my nose sagged, it really bothered me, and I had a bit of a masculine look already, but it became even more masculine, so I had nose revision surgery That was my last cosmetic surgery, and I think I was 32? The hospital still seems to exist, but I heard it merged with another hospital? It's a trend-leading hospital Anyway, I wanted it slim, absolutely slim, and naturally straight-but-slightly-turned-up But what did they make? A little nose lump It just made my nose bigger and more masculine No, to avoid sagging they removed costal cartilage and did osteotomy on the nose (they said the bone had to be filed down ;;), and I think I spent about 7 million won on the revision surgery? From the moment the bandages were first removed, I had a bad feeling Still, I kept thinking it was swelling, it must be swelling, but no, it was just ruined (in my opinion) So my nose just got bigger, I lost money, and only suffered Sigh.. Then I turned 40. Ah, now that it's based on international age, I'm 39 Why didn't I get more surgery in between? Honestly, my midface is long and I wasn't exactly ugly to begin with, and I had a face that was attractive and pretty (that's my opinion, sorry ㅠ) I also thought maybe I'm the kind of face that doesn't improve with surgery and just gets ruined instead And I had also lost a lot of interest in looks like I had when I was younger What more am I going to do at this age? Might as well stop, since I'm not exactly a young lady in my twenties anymore anyway That was my thought.. But recently I suddenly felt that, since I'm only going to get older from here on out and the speed will only get faster than now, I want to go all out with dieting one last time and raise myself to a second peak, sort of like my prime again So I made my own plan to try my long-held projects again next year: eye revision, nose revision revision, dieting, and scar treatment for my skin There may be older sisters too, but most of you are probably younger Back in the day I used to always browse cafes and search things up, so I knew hospitals well and all that, but it's been so long that even when I try to look, I can't find things easily. The place I used to know from when I was young is the community, because other apps all feel a bit like ads to me and are hard to use ㅠㅠ What I want first is this: My eyes are uneven, and I also have scar tissue. The eye on the side with the scar tissue is more severely overcorrected, and of course it has a bit of a sausage-eye look ㅠㅠ I originally had small, slightly upturned eyes, but the epicanthoplasty is okay My ideal look is to make them very thin, close to an inner double eyelid So I've looked at a lot of clinics that release double eyelids and read all the reviews, but I'm not confident ㅠ I've also seen a lot about two-line fixation, but ah... I don't know There are so many extreme reviews saying that if it fails, it truly can't be undone ㅠ What matters to me isn't the exact method, but I want a very thin double eyelid So in one sentence: sausage-eye look + uneven eyes + overcorrection -> an inner double eyelid or a thin in-line crease And for the nose, like I said before, it looks masculine and like a nose lump Instead of making the eyes thinner, I think the nose can still be a little more prominent And I want the nose to be smaller, small and prominent, but with a tip that isn't too sharp, and a straight-but-slightly-turned-up line (Explaining it in words is so hard ㅠㅠ I sound like a greedy person, but I trust the younger ones will understand even if I say it clumsily ㅠㅠ) Is there a hospital that does surgery like this, or any younger sister or older sister who has actually done it themselves? I really think of this as the last surgery of my life, so ㅜㅜ I hope someone can recommend something.
