A physiognomy reader said it would be good if I raised my nose just a little, so in my twenties I had L-shaped silicone inserted. But as time went by, only my nose looked separate from my face, so I had revision surgery 3 more times, and the longer I lived with it, the more unnatural it became. In the end, I removed the silicone and finished with surgery to tie the nasal tip, and finally got a natural-looking nose. Just because you get plastic surgery doesn’t mean you become prettier.
