But they put in silicone and ear cartilage too, and my nose actually got bigger, so it turned into a bulbous nose So while I was looking into just removing everything altogether, the director at the hospital I went to this time said, "Right now, you have a nose that doesn’t suit your face. It feels like a nose that should be in Busan somehow ended up riding along Yeongdong-daero?" He said for a nose like this, rather than putting in silicone, it would be better to reduce the columella, tie the nasal dorsum, and use ear cartilage as support. That made me feel like I could trust him, so I had it done there! I think I was drawn to how confident the director was and how detailed his explanation was It’s only day 1, so I don’t know what the shape is like yet, but maybe because the silicone was removed, my nose feels a bit lighter~ Just looking at it now, it seems okay, and I’m excited to see what it’ll be like after the splint comes off and the swelling goes down! I got a lot of help from this community, and the surgery went smoothly, so I have this feeling that it’ll turn out well?!
