I thought I had researched rhinoplasty pretty well before getting it, but it did not suit my image at all, so I had it removed a little over 2 weeks after surgery. Since I had septal extension, they said the shape might not be pretty, and when removing it they touched up the nasal cartilage and my own tissue a little at the nasal tip. It has now been almost 3 weeks since removal, and my nostrils show. My nose was not originally the kind where the nostrils show from the front, so it is really stressing me outㅠ I just want them to remove all of that nasal cartilage or whatever and go back to how it was beforeㅠ
