Last year, I had pretty much everything you can do to the nose done: 2 mm nasal bridge implant + osteotomy + ear cartilage + septal support graft + nostril reduction... After surgery, if I looked at just my nose by itself, it was a pretty nose, but once it was on my round, soft-looking face, my whole impression changed completelyㅜㅜ People around me also said I looked much better before, and I was really stressed about it myself.. I just hated the artificial look, so I decided on full removal, and today marks exactly one week since the removal!! Before removal, I had osteotomy and a lot of manipulation done, so I really, really couldn’t predict what it would look like afterward and was worried, so I kept going in and out of this communityㅜ Also, I originally had a very bulbous nose, so I worried a lot about what if it went back to that bulbous nose, but after taking off the taping, although there is still a lot of swelling, the nasal ala and nasal tip are honestly about halfway between before and after surgery! I think I actually like it better haha. And I was worried that once the silicone was removed, my nasal bridge might become too thin, but it is not like that at all! The glabella also got lower, so my impression has returned to how it used to be haha. I’ll know better once more swelling goes down, but I hope it settles in this shape! For those thinking about removal, please don’t worry too much!
