7 years ago, without knowing much, I was swayed by online reviews and had lateral and lower canthoplasty. The redness lasted quite a long time, about 1-2 years, and now it's not red at all, but it is a bit noticeable And in winter, tears just stream down on their own If you're thinking about doing it, I don't recommend it.. I think lateral canthoplasty is a surgery that can never look natural.
