I had a very severe retruded chin... but I was a bit scared to do advancement genioplasty, so I got a chin implant for my retruded chin... But because it was a severe retruded chin, it seems like they put in a somewhat large implant, and these days, as I’ve lost some facial fat, the border looks way too prominent I want to have revision surgery with something a little smaller and more V-line-shaped Still, fortunately the foreign-body sensation isn’t that severe haha These days I’m really debating whether to do advancement genioplasty or have revision surgery again haha
