I got it at a large chain clinic with locations all around Seoul. I remember paying about 140,000 won. I got it twice in total. After the first time, the line of my calves looked more refined, so I was satisfied. But once I started exercising (running), it quickly went back to how my legs used to be. I felt like the calf bulge was getting bigger again, so I got it a second time, but compensatory muscles developed and the area just above my ankles became thicker. I do regret getting the second session, but now it has been a year since the second treatment, and there is no calf bulge and the line is straight without lumpiness.. so I think there are pros and cons ^^
