Before surgery, I strongly emphasized to the doctor the shape and overall feel I wanted, and after getting it done, it did seem roughly like the shape I had talked about. But after the surgery, other shapes started looking prettier, and I strongly felt that it didn’t suit my face. Thinking that the shape I want will suit me is just my own wish, and I think it’s mostly better to trust what the doctors say. I had only lived looking at my own nose, whereas doctors see so many cases and perform so many surgeries, so of course what they say is mostly right. I just showed a celebrity photo and said, “Please make it like this,” and now I wonder how ridiculous the doctor must have found it inside.
