I think it’s been about 1 year and 6 months since I had nose surgery.
I heard that AlloDerm gets absorbed,
and I heard it can create a more natural-looking result than silicone, so I had surgery with AlloDerm.
I had a high nasal bridge with a severe hump and a slightly long nose, so I was told it was a difficult nose to operate on.
The top priority was removing the hump, and the goal was to lower the nasal bridge height a little
and smoothly align only the glabella and nasal tip, so I proceeded with the surgery.
At first, before the AlloDerm was absorbed, I thought the surgery had gone well..
But as it gradually got absorbed, the hump started showing again,
and since the hump surgery wasn’t done with osteotomy and was only finished by shaving it down,
when seen from the left side, there are slight traces of trimming, and on the right side, I’m not sure if they didn’t touch it, but the hump line is visible diagonally..
I have thought about getting revision surgery,
but money is one thing, and having surgery while working is a huge burden...
