I didn’t expect a dramatic effect. I had nose surgery and facial contouring surgery done at the same time, and I’m living with overall satisfaction. My family and relatives are known for having square jaws, and I got the surgery because my face looked big. The effect isn’t huge, but I like my overall face shape. It doesn’t look extremely slim, and it looks natural because it doesn’t look obviously operated on, so I like it.
