I had breast surgery, but I developed capsular contracture, so they feel hard and my nipple looks like it is half folded in. Even at a glance, they look uneven and feel hard. I had cohesive gel implants put in, so why are mine hard while my friend's are soft? Even after multiple revision surgeries, they become hard every time. Is there something wrong with my body?
