My breasts had always been a complex for me, and even my mom said I should get it done. The conditions worked out this summer, so I had a consultation on Tuesday lol and had surgery right away on Friday. I had surgery in Daegu, and I only consulted at one hospital and had surgery there right away. It was very well known, and I really trusted the doctor. But after the surgery, I definitely thought I made the right choice having it done at a large hospital. The post-op care and service were so good.
I was 80A, had breast asymmetry, and also accessory breasts, so the doctor removed the accessory breasts as a service lol. He said matching the breast asymmetry would look much prettier after surgery. I was originally going to get Motec, but he recommended Allergan smooth implants, so that’s what I chose. I cared most about the feel and naturalness, and teardrop implants, Bellagel, and Motiva felt a bit firm, so when the doctor had me touch them like a blind test, they were all eliminated. Anyway, I decided on smooth 295cc/325cc and had the surgery. He said I’d be about a C cup afterward. Maybe it was the doctor’s skill, but I didn’t have a pain-control injection and didn’t need a drain. He said I didn’t need massage either. He said not a single drop of blood came out during surgery and that the surgery went very satisfactorily. I had an allergic reaction during general anesthesia, but thankfully the hospital had two anesthesiology specialists, so they immediately caught the allergic reaction and the surgery was able to proceed safely. After waking from anesthesia, my chest felt heavy and the pain was tolerable, but I worried, “Will it stay like this for 3 days?” They said the pain would gradually improve, and it did. Still, until day 2, there was stiffness and that pulling feeling ㅜ when getting up and lying down. On the second day, I removed the bandage and wore a compression garment. They said my breasts would gradually get bigger as the skin stretches. Fascinating. Even with the compression garment on, the breast shape was clearly pretty, and the nipple symmetry and position and everything looked good. My mom also said they’re already pretty enough. On day 3, the slightly stitched areas from removing the accessory breasts and the inframammary incision areas seem to hurt. After removing the bandage and wearing the compression garment, it seems like swelling is starting. But the hospital gave me medication that’s good for swelling, so I don’t think I’m swelling too much. They said they made the inframammary incision small, 3.4 cm. This coming Wednesday, I’ll also get a scar injection and can continue receiving laser treatments for free, so I plan to keep going regularly.
It’s still only day 3, so around one month, I think the swelling will go down and the size will settle to some extent. I’ll post another review then^^
