I just argued with the counseling manager, telling them to give me a refund and asking what kind of anesthesia fee costs 1.5 million won. Anyway, they said a refund is absooooolutely impossible, and asked if I wanted revision surgery with a discounted anesthesia fee. I asked why I should have to spend more time and endure that pain again when it wasn’t even my fault, and that if anything, they should compensate me. Then they said they would tell the director that I want revision surgery for free.
So 1.5 million won can change its purpose this easily, be discounted, and if things go a certain way, even become money that doesn’t exist. ㅡㅡAh, I’m really so angry. It’s not like the cost is just a small amount.
