1 year after nose surgery (bulbous nose)

I think I went around to about 7 places for consultations, but it was my first cosmetic surgery, so I had a hard time because I knew nothing. As you go around, you do start to get a sense of it. Like, whether this director and I would be a decent fit. But I also think I can say that now because my result turned out well... Since this is a surgery where random outcomes are all over the place... choose carefully.. For me, I was an extremely sensitive patient, to the point that I separately got my nasal septum checked at an ENT clinic.. In the end, for the surgery, they did not use the nasal septum; they shaped the nasal tip with mesh and ear cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, I had silicone and incisional nostril reduction. The anesthesia was sedation + local anesthesia, the kind where they wake you up from sleep sedation lol Right after surgery, that night was really hard for me. I think that depends on the person, and after that, unusually, I was satisfied from the time the splint came off. But looking at it now, the photos from then look really unnatural lol It’s been 1 year, I’m living well, and when washing my face I just use the showerhead directly. If you ask whether it’s uncomfortable.. first of all, I don’t really touch my nose much... When removing things like blackheads, I gently rub with oil. I also get Aqua Peel sometimes. They say even initials of the clinic can’t be mentioned, so I won’t mention it. It’s a one-character clinic name, so it probably wouldn’t mean much anyway. Sometimes people who ask for review photos on cosmetic surgery apps say the frontal effect isn’t that great.. but as someone actually living with it, I’m very satisfied. People I know also say it doesn’t look obviously done and turned out really well. (Personally, I wouldn’t care even if it looked a little like cosmetic surgery) Just making my nose into this level of nose alone.. I think it’s a huge improvement..
