I originally had a bulbous nose, so I had alar reduction, bulbous nose correction, and nasal bridge surgery Honestly, before surgery, I heard things like, “Even if you operate on a bulbous nose, the change won’t be dramatic,” and “a bulbous nose is still a bulbous nose,” so I worried a lot. After doing it, I wonder why I didn’t do it sooner. Now it’s completely sharp and natural. The nose used to be the part of my face I was least confident about, but now it has become the area I’m most confident in. Actually, the side profile is prettier, but I know the front view is most important for people worried about a bulbous nose, so I uploaded the front view! It’s really good
