I had open surgery for the 4th time. I still have some bruising, and the swelling seems to have almost gone down. I didn't use silicone, so it's not extremely high or sharp. I wasn't planning to use silicone from the beginning, so I had given up on height. But I was surprised because the nasal bridge came back a bit. After removing things like scar tissue and refining the nasal tip, it also feels like the bridge has found its original shape.... I'm satisfied because the lifted nose seems to have come down a lot. I think the bruising will clear up completely after about 2 weeks.
