It’s been 4 years since I had nose surgery, and cartilage is sticking out slightly on the wall of my nose, you know? I don’t think this is a big problem, but if I’m going to correct it, I’m deliberation about whether I should just get revision surgery My original nose was really not good, so I used to think it was fine as long as it didn’t look obvious and wasn’t an ugly nose, but even now my nose is really bulbous and my alar rims are drooping, so I don’t like it. But my skin is also on the thick side, so I wonder how much improvement there would be even with revision surgery For now, I like the shapes from Miho and Hit, so I’ve been thinking about them.. But looking now, the place where I originally had it done doesn’t seem to have many reviews for short noses or bulbous noses. What does everyone think?
부시고싶다 I had revision surgery at Miho because of a step-off, and it was actually good.. If you look up reviews there, a lot of bulbous nose primary surgeries turned out well. But they say bulbous noses need to be done with costal cartilage because the skin is thick.
koge But then, if you use autologous costal cartilage, do they remove the existing silicone and also use costal cartilage for the nasal bridge?
