Nose Re-Surgery

I can change the silicone, right?

I think the silicone used when I had my nose surgery didn’t suit me, so my nose looks wide The overall line looks blunt, and the nasal tip is also low and not defined, so it feels like it wasn’t properly refined? They said the problem seems to be that the implant shows through the skin and makes it look wide. In this kind of case, if I get revision rhinoplasty, can the implant definitely be changed? If possible, I don’t want to keep repeating revision surgery because of silicone issues like this. I’d like to replace the silicone so it can be maintained stably, using a custom implant or no implant, but I can’t predict what the places I’m going to consult will recommend.. For consultations, I decided to go to ㅇㅂㅋ(ㅏㅔㅡ) and ㅇㅅㅌ(ㅣㄴㅡㅏ)
