My current nose condition has been making me suspect contracture because the nasal tip keeps getting more and more upturned, so I went to the clinic and they said it’s a complication.. ha Anyway, I went to a clinic specializing in implant removal for a consultation, and the directors recommended removing the implant. However, even if I remove it, my nose shape can’t go back to my original nose, so in my current condition they recommended using the nasal septum and one side of ear cartilage additionally, and doing revision surgery to naturally reshape the nose again. That was the common opinion of most of the directors. After thinking about it for a while, since directors who do a lot of removals and reconstructions all recommended the same thing, this time I decided to have surgery with a director who focuses on stability rather than only aesthetics. From the beginning, I should have gone naturally and not excessively, following my own standards, but I listened to people around me and got easily swayed, and in the end I chose a surgical method that didn’t suit me. I think that’s what led to this revision surgery situation now.. sigh Now I feel like there’s no point in regretting it, so I’m trying to go to as many consultations as possible, and based on my regrets and reflections, I just really hope it comes out naturally and well..... so I don’t waste time and money on my nose again. Recently, I made up my mind about where to do it. I plan to receive nose reconstruction revision surgery from a director who does a lot of nose reconstructions and revisions, has know-how and experience, matches a natural style to my face, and gives honest, straightforward consultations. The director also said we shouldn’t try to change my nose shape, but should focus on making a natural nose shape that suits me as much as possible, and doing it safely. That was the right thing to say, but I’m only realizing it now.. hahahaha (The place I decided on is called ㅈㅅ. I don’t think it’s very famous, but it meets my standards, so I think it might be okay for people who have had experiences similar to mine.)
엉 How many years has it been since the first surgery that you’re getting revision surgery?
