In 2010, I had 3 mm silicone inserted in my nose, but it wasn’t pretty and was uncomfortable. It reflected under the entryway light, became more and more noticeable, and looked strange, so I had it removed during the Chuseok season in September 2015. I had it removed under sleep anesthesia, and after removal, my nasal bridge wasn’t lower or anything. Instead, it looked natural, so I really liked it. From the day of removal until day 3, it hurt so much that I kept taking painkillers. They were kind, the hospital was clean, and the director’s skill wasn’t bad, so I was satisfied.
