I went for a consultation yesterday. The manager was kind and has such a good voice that I ended up listening to him as if bewitched. The director was very cheerful and seemed full of confidence. He pointed out the problems I wanted to fix very well, and for things I didn't need to do, he said we shouldn't do them unnecessarily, which made me trust him.
