Before<Before surgery><Week 2><Week 2><1 month><1 month><Before/After>I went for a consultation because I disliked my blunt nasal tip, and they said that because I had a long nose and even a drooping columella, my nose could look even longer, so I had my columella lifted (external), and I had surgery with an alar lift + alar base reduction (internal)! Until about week 1, my nose was a bit swollen, but as the swelling gradually went down, I definitely felt that my alar base had become narrower, and I think the columella swelling tends to go down a bit slowly. It gradually subsided after 1 month. But even the swelling was to the point that other people would not notice it lol. I told people at work in advance before getting it done because I was worried everyone would notice when I came back after surgery, but I was disappointed because they probably would not have known even if I had not told them. lol I want to see how it looks once all the swelling goes down soon.
