I had surgery 7 years ago with silicone + septal cartilage. Maybe my nose was originally a bit crooked or something, but even right after surgery, the silicone felt like it was crooked too.. It wasn't causing contracture or inflammation, so I left it as it was, but as time passed, my skin became thinner and the silicone gradually started to show more and more. In the end, I'm going around to consultations to have the silicone repositioned ㅠㅠ Some places say the septal cartilage is damaged too, and some say it isn't, but I really think you have to be careful with nose surgery. It would have been nice if it had turned out well the first time, but I'm having a hard time because I don't like the shape either.
