It's been over 10 years since I had nose surgery without an implant, and I've had no side effects at all. The shape hasn't drooped or changed, and they cleaned up my bulbous nose really neatly. The doctor is kind, and since he's an ENT specialist, I trust him, so I recommend him. Even without an implant, you might not get a flashy shape, but I'm extremely satisfied that I didn't go overboard and still had it done.
