It’s been one month since I had autologous costal cartilage. I like the shape of my nose, but there’s a bulging protruding area inside my nose, so I thought it was scar tissue. Yesterday, at my one-month hospital visit, I asked the director, and he said it’s costal cartilage and that once the swelling goes down more, it will get smaller than it is now. He said to watch it for now, and if it’s uncomfortable, we can make an incision and trim it. Has anyone had this kind of case settle down? It’s near the nostril entrance, so it’s visible from the side too, which bothers meㅜ
