I got the sense that what the doctor was saying generally lacked professionalism. I had consulted at about three places, and without even thinking much, I immediately felt that this was a place to avoid.. And I was thinking about ptosis correction, but the doctor said things like it was my fault for not training myself to open my eyes in the first place, or that even if I had surgery it would be useless if I didn't make that effort. Of course everyone knows aftercare is important.. The tone was unbearably arrogant and the consultation was unpleasant. That doctor left such a strong impression that I didn't even think about how the other managers or staff were.
