Before <before silicone removal> After <after silicone removal> 13 years ago, I had surgery with 3 mm nasal silicone and ear cartilage, but it looked so unnatural. Even more so as I got older.. So after much thought, I had it removed. My face became plain, but it looks more natural, so I like it much better. Today I had the stitches and tape removed. I don’t seem to have any contraction phase yet, and the nose hasn’t lifted or anything. I’m in Busan, and I had the removal done by the director who performed the original surgery.
