Hello. I had my septal cartilage removed about 2 weeks ago. I think it had been about 5 years since my nose surgery. I originally had a bulbous nose and had surgery mainly on the nasal tip. My original nose was also on the larger side, so the nasal tip and nasal dorsum were as high as many noses that had undergone nose surgery. It was already a nose with some height, but after raising the tip through bulbous nose surgery, the nasal tip looked too prominent. So I decided to have it removed, consulted at well-known nose removal clinics, and chose one of them.
During the consultation, my biggest concern was whether my nose would become bigger again if the nasal cartilage was removed.
In conclusion, my nose absolutely did not get bigger, the size is similar to my previous nose, and the height has gotten lowerㅠㅠ If I had known this would happen, I really should have done it soonerㅠㅠ
